| Grader | Cheapest open tier | Fee / card | Fees for 25 | With $40 shipping |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PSA | Standard (90-100 business days) | $59.99 | $1,499.75 | $1,539.75 |

| Beckett (BGS) | Express (15 business days) | $79.95 | $1,998.75 | $2,038.75 |
| CGC | Bulk, 25-card min (150 working days) | $17.00 | $425.00 | $465.00 |
CGC Bulk needs at least 25 cards, so it is available for this order. Each card must also fit within the tier’s declared-value cap. The cheapest tier is not always the best deal: it can be slower, and the resale price of the slab differs by company.
Assumptions: $5 shipping to the grader and $5 back per card, $5 shipping to the buyer, standard eBay trading-card fees (13.25% + $0.40 per order, $0.30 at $10 or less), no sales tax. Fees checked October 14, 2026. Change any of these in the calculator.
What 25 cards need to earn
If every card is worth $30 raw, the cheapest route above costs $18.60 per card in grading and shipping, so with the $30 card value a graded card must sell for about $62.25 just to break even (after eBay fees and $5 shipping to the buyer). Run your own cards in the bulk planner.
