Terms of use
Last updated October 14, 2026. By using GradeOrFlip you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
GradeOrFlip is a free set of calculators and guides about whether to grade a trading card or sell it raw. It is provided for general information and education.
No professional advice
Estimates only, not financial advice. Grades are never guaranteed. Not affiliated with PSA, SGC, Beckett, CGC or eBay. Results are estimates built from the inputs you enter and from published figures that may be out of date or wrong. Do not rely on them as your only basis for a financial, tax, insurance, legal, purchasing or other decision, and consider consulting a qualified professional.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and availability. We may change or remove tools and content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner of the site is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from decisions you make based on its results.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at a rate that harms it, or use it for anything unlawful. You may link to any page and may embed the tools using the embed code we provide, with the visible credit.
Content and trademarks
Text, design and code on the site belong to the site owner unless noted otherwise; third-party data keeps its own license (see About). All product, company and league names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.
Third-party links, ads and affiliates
The site may link to other websites we do not control and are not responsible for. We may in future show advertising or use affiliate links, as described in the privacy policy; ads and affiliate links will not change the calculations.
